My stay at Hyatt Ziva was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone was safe and comfortable, especially during these times. The pool area was great, and the beach view was stunning. However, the dining options were a bit limited during the re-opening, and I'd love to see more variety next time.
